To file a DOA or health claim:
- Send a clear photoof the animal placed on top of the shipping label, visible in one shot, within 6 hours of delivery.
- If approved, choose between:
A free replacement(we cover shipping), or
• An immediate refund (minus standard shipping fee of $54.99). - If a vet identifies an undisclosed health condition or defectwithin 21 days, we will offer a full refund upon verification.

21-Day Extended Wellness Warranty
While others offer 7 days, we offer up to 21 days—because we trust our animals and protocols.
This extended coverage applies if you:

- Prepare the enclosure and conditions as advisedbefore arrival.
Report issues quickly with valid photo/video proof or a vet diagnosis.
Refunds & Deposits
We require full payment or a cleared deposit before shipping. This allows time for us to:
- Conduct a final health screening
- Adjust to travel conditions
- Prepare documentation and packing essentials
Deposits are refundable in the following cases:
- DOA or unhealthy animal (proven via vet report within 3 weeks)
- You’ve had a change of heartand the animal is still with us
- The animal you reserved becomes unavailable or unfit for shipping
